1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Nurra website, mobile app, family organization features, modules, subscription features, and support services.
By creating an account, joining a family space, using a child or service-worker access flow, subscribing to a plan, or using the website, you agree to follow these terms.
2. About Nurra
Nurra helps families organize household roles, tasks, routines, calendars, school context, health records, pets, service workers, budgets, and emergency information.
Nurra is a family organization tool. It is not an emergency service, medical provider, financial institution, school system, legal advisor, or substitute for professional care or emergency response.
3. Accounts, Roles, and Permissions
Nurra uses role-based access so family administrators, parents, guardians, children, service workers, observers, and invited users may see different information and actions.
Family administrators and parents are responsible for inviting the correct people, assigning appropriate roles, reviewing permissions, and removing access when it is no longer needed.
- Use accurate account, family, and contact information.
- Keep login credentials secure and do not share accounts.
- Only add children, service workers, family members, pets, health details, school details, and household information that you are authorized to manage.
- Review child, service-worker, emergency, health, and budget access carefully before granting permission.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Nurra to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, permissions, subscriptions, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with Nurra or its systems.
5. Family Content and Paid Features
Family content may include tasks, routines, rewards, shopping lists, notes, school information, chat messages, maintenance records, emergency information, health records, budget details, and pet care information.
Some Nurra features may require a paid plan, app-store subscription, family capacity limit, add-on, or role-based entitlement. Subscription rules are described in the Subscription Terms.
6. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
Nurra may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates safety or security risk, misuses permissions, fails payment for paid features, or is required to be restricted by law.
Users may request account deletion or data deletion through the Account Deletion Instructions and Data Deletion Request pages.
7. Changes and Contact
Nurra may update these terms as the app, modules, pricing, security practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated through the website, app, email, or another appropriate notice method.
Questions about these Terms of Service can be sent to support@nurra.app.
